Sell a finished job that uses several features, for everyone who does that job, whatever their industry. This free use case page template gives you every block in order, what to put in each one, the title tag, the schema and the rules to publish it safely in 2026.
A use case page sells one finished job, like retainer billing or client onboarding, to everyone who does that job. It is different from a feature page, which explains one feature, and from an industry page, which speaks to one type of customer. Searchers looking for “use case software” want to see the whole job done end to end.
The most common mistake is a use case page that is really one feature with a new name. If the job only uses one feature, build a feature page instead. The second is describing the workflow without showing it: real screens for each step are what make the page believable.
The template runs top to bottom in this order. Each block is there for a reason: search, trust, AI answers or conversion.
• Breadcrumb: A /use-cases/ hub, separate from industries: one is a job, the other is a type of customer.
• Hero With the Outcome: Name the job as people search it, then the outcome in numbers or days.
• The Workflow in 3 Lines: The whole job in three lines, at the top, for skimmers and AI answers.
• Workflow With Screens: One screenshot per step, real screens. This is the proof that the job is really done end to end.
• Before and After: The same job by hand and with your product, with the time each takes.
• Features Used: Each card links to its feature page. This is how the use case page and feature pages lift each other.
• Proof: Someone who runs exactly this job with your product, with a number.
• Industries: Link the industry pages where this use case matters most.
• FAQ: The questions people ask right before they set this job up.
• CTA: Promise the job, with a time.
Publish only when:
• A real end-to-end workflow, with screenshots.
• At least one customer who runs this use case.
• It combines several features. If it is one feature, it is a feature page.
The one thing that matters most: A use case page sells a finished job, not a feature. Show the whole workflow end to end, with the screens.
