Answer “how much does it cost?” with a clear number, and help every visitor pick the right plan. This free pricing page template gives you every block in order, what to put in each one, the title tag, the schema and the rules to publish it safely in 2026.
A pricing page shows what your product costs, what each plan includes and what happens when someone goes over a limit. It is one of the most visited pages on any SaaS site, and it is the page that answers “product pricing” and “how much does product cost” in Google and in AI answers. A page that hides the price behind “Contact us” sends that visitor to a competitor that shows one.
The most common mistakes are a price that only appears as an image, limits that are hidden until checkout, and plan names that say nothing about who each plan is for. Each one costs trust, and the first one also means Google and AI answers cannot read your price at all.
The template runs top to bottom in this order. Each block is there for a reason: search, trust, AI answers or conversion.
• Navigation: Pricing sits in the main menu on every page. It is one of the most visited pages on any SaaS site.
• Hero: Plain H1, one line on who it is for and how to start. No slogan.
• The Price in One Sentence: The sentence AI answers and Google lift for “how much does product cost”. Include the starting price, the trial and the yearly discount.
• Plan Cards: Each plan says who it is for in words, not only features. Mark one as recommended. Show the yearly saving as an amount, not only a percent.
• Full Comparison Table: A real HTML table under the cards, grouped by job. Every row links to its feature page.
• Limits Explained: Explain your billing unit and what happens when someone goes over. Surprise charges are the top reason for refunds and angry reviews.
• Value Quote: One quote about value for money, from a customer on a paid plan.
• Billing FAQ: Billing questions from support: changes, trial end, refunds, tax, payment methods. Answer in the first sentence.
• CTA: Repeat the trial terms on the button's line. Prices updated Month Year goes in small text under it.
Publish only when:
• Prices are written as text and match the checkout exactly.
• Every limit is stated (users, projects, usage), with what happens when you go over.
• Cancellation and refund terms are on the page.
The one thing that matters most: Put the price on the page as text. “product pricing” searches and AI answers both need a number, and “Contact us” sends them to a competitor.
