Every day, one email lists what your agents changed on their own. Each change has a one-click Undo.
How to use it
It goes to the workspace owner. Click Undo next to a change, then Undo this change on the page that opens. The link keeps working as long as the change is live.

A held task goes back to Needs you. Its status starts with Needs you: followed by the reason it waits.

Click the X on a card and tap Don't touch this topic. The agents then stay off that page for every kind of change.
