How many people can I add?

Three seats on Launch, five on Scale and ten on Infrastructure, and the owner counts as one of them. Viewers sit outside that count entirely, so you can give a stakeholder or a client-side marketer read access without paying for it.

Can a junior break a client site by accident?

The changes that are hardest to undo are held back for admins and owners: de-indexing a page, pruning content, adding redirects and changing canonicals. A member can still run agents, publish work and roll anything back. Undoing is deliberately never harder than doing.

Can I see who did what?

Your settings carry an activity record of team changes: who invited whom, who joined, who changed a role and who transferred ownership, with timestamps. It covers access to your account rather than every individual edit, and only admins and owners can read it.

What if the person who set up the account leaves?

The owner can hand ownership to any active teammate, and everything moves with it: the billing, the workspaces and the account itself. The previous owner stays on as an admin rather than being locked out. An owner cannot leave the team without transferring first, so an account is never orphaned.

Is this only on the bigger plans?
