Today, I used SEOmatic for the first time.
It was user-friendly and efficiently generated 75 unique web pages using keywords and pre-written excerpts.
Total time cost for research & publishing was ≈ 3h (Instead of ≈12h)

Crawl your site, detect article publish dates from JSON-LD or OG meta, and download a Google News sitemap of the last 48 hours of articles ready to submit in Search Console.
Our news sitemap generator crawls your site (up to 200 pages per run, same-origin only, robots.txt aware) and looks at each page for an authoritative publish-date signal. We try JSON-LD schema.org datePublished first, then <meta property="article:published_time">, then schema.org itemprop, then HTML5 <time pubdate> as a last resort. If none of those four signals is present, we skip the page rather than fabricate a date from lastmod or body text.
Per Google's News spec we only include articles published in the last 48 hours. Older articles appear in an honest "skipped: older than 48h" counter so you see why your archive didn't make the cut. The publication name and language come from the form fields, with auto-detect fallback to og:site_name and the <html lang> attribute on the start URL. Each emitted entry carries a date-source badge so you can sanity-check provenance before submitting to Search Console.
